I went to the shrine with my family to pay my first visit of the year. A night view of the shrine was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. In retrospect, in the year I took the National Examination for Medical Practitioners, I got an inspiration that "I will become a doctor this year" when I rang the bell. I didn't understand why I had felt such a thing. To tell you the truth, I hadn't had so much confidence. However, I felt it’s just like a conviction just for the moment. Because of the great feeling and the inspiration, I pass the examination. I always try to have a visit every year on the Shrine and prayed that I will graduate and become a doctor when I was still a medical student. God might have taught of giving me a chance to pass the examination. As a thanksgiving, I bought a lot of lucky charms. Since then it has been my resolution to pay a visit on the Shrine every year. |
