Today I went to Lime Ridge and had lunch while I was there. On the way to home I took a 41 bus which was probably a Mohawk bus. No, not probably but sure because I always take a 41 bus to get home. But this time something was different from usual. Maybe it was because I was sleeping at the time and I didn't notice, I was not so sure about it, but I guess the bus was going to go to Mohawk via another place this time. I gradually came to realize that I should have checked the front sign on the bus so I didn't slip a cog like this. In the end, I saw the sign saying "Ottawa at Industrial", and soon later there came no signs and announcements in the bus. So I was at a loss then I asked the bus driver "Does this bus go to Mohawk?" and he said "Yeah." so I made up my mind to stay here until I see Mohawk at Rice. On the way I became very worried that the bus driver slipped his mind and gave me a noncommittal answer due to his concentration on driving, because I still couldn't see any signs and announcement, but it appeared part way through. Then I finally saw the sign of Mohawk at Rice, but I had decided to stay on the bus because my destination was next to Mohawk at Rice. Actually, I didn't know the name of my destination's bus stop coz there is no sign around there so I just memorized the name of next bus stop since they announce and indicate the name when I get on it. All of a sudden, the bus driver shouted "Do you wanna that way?", then I said "NO-!", and I hurried to get off the bus. The bus was scheduled to turn right at Mohawk at Rice so I would be taken the wrong way again if the guy didn't tell me. He remembered what I asked then it was really a bridge crossing before reaching there. The driver was really a nice guy XD. |
