Today we finally reached Lake Ontario after three tries! ![]() At the first try, we couldn't go to since I got lost on the way..... and at the second that bus didn't run on Sunday(lol). And this time, a little unfortunately I got on a bus with no announcement of names of bus station again and I was nearly going into a failure once more. But this time I was a lucky. A guy next to me on the bus seats suddenly spoke to me and we became friends. He said his name is Mario, who is from Yugoslavia. He said he was born in Canada and soon went back to his mother country Yugoslavia, and about ten years ago he came back to Canada. Fortunately, he knew how to get to the destination and gave me a direction. And at last I was able to reach the apartment where we arranged to meet! After we met we began to leave for the lake with three and we reached there. Lots of hardships were overcome to take the following picture. ![]() At Lake Ontario. See how I was impressed with my both hands up.(Laughing) The lake was completely frozen so we could find someone playing ice hockey. ![]() The guys who were playing hockey on the frozen lake. There was also a guy who was tearing around the lake on a motor bike. ![]() This lake is bigger than Shikoku island in Japan. Actually, Japan island's area is smaller than that of only Ontario province itself , which is one of 10 provinces in Canada. Canada is much more than 20 times than Japan in area but it's population is approximately one-forth of Japan. That tells how big and spacious it is here. We don't have any troubles to find vacant area for playing any sports. After having a while for seeing the lake we got to go back to home. On the way, it began to snow and I got some snow on my body. ![]() Today was a nice day :) ! We can say "Third time is the charm". Sandome no shoujiki dane! |
